  To further create a higher-value industry trade and service platform to promote the upgrading of the frozen ice cream industry in China and better align it with the international market. The China Bakery International Association and the China (Tianjin) Ice Cream Show reached a strategic cooperation agreement in early June and decided that the 2016 , China Ice Cream Frozen Food Equipment and Raw Materials Exhibition (Shanghai) and China (Tianjin) Ice Cream Cold Food Exhibition are combined into one (this is very important). In October each year, the "China Ice Cream and Frozen Food Industry "Ice Cream China" creates the largest ice cream and frozen food exhibition platform in China and Asia.
 
  On June 20, the press conference on strategic integration between the two associations was held in Beijing. Representatives of China Bakery Sugar Products Association and Tianjin Ice Cream Exhibition Organizing Committee and leaders of Beijing Beikerui Exhibition Company and Tianjin Qilong Exhibition Service Company attended the conference. Representatives from comprehensive news agencies including the national food industry and Xinhua News Agency North Net participated in the conference. The conference was held, and communicated on the merger of the two associations and the development of the Chinese ice cream industry with the chairman of China Bakery Sugar Products Association Zhu Nianlin and the person in charge of the Tianjin exhibition.
 
  Chairman Zhu Nianlin believes that the integration of the North-South Ice Show is an important measure to promote the development of the industry and is the first step to build a world-class professional exhibition of frozen foods. The full integration of the industry resources of the association with the resources of the Tianjin Huihui Club to achieve the complementarity of brand focus and create the greatest range of exchange and trade opportunities for industry and enterprises will greatly promote the overall level of the industry and expand the scale of scale. Historically, both parties have had nearly 20 years of successful experience in organizing ice cream and cold food industry exhibitions. They have made great contributions to the development of the ice cream and frozen food industry in China. After this strategic integration, it is expected that the overall scale of the exhibition in 2016 will be a historic 35,000 square meters. The exhibits will cover the raw and auxiliary materials, equipment, packaging, production (finished products), related services and technical support, and cold chain of ice cream and frozen foods. A complete industrial chain, such as transportation and terminal sales, more comprehensively and comprehensively displays the latest developments in the industry and technological innovations. The two conferences will be renamed the Ice Cream and Frozen Food Industry Expo (ICE CREAM CHINA) after the integration, and the scale will reach 1400 booths for 500 exhibitors, creating another history. The Board of the China Bakery Association Ice Cream and Frozen Food Professional Committee will also be held in the same period. By then, the elite of Chinese ice cream cold food industry will gather in Tianjin.
 
  This historic cooperation is an important strategic measure for the strength of the alliance between the two parties, mutual complementarity, effective integration of industry resources, and the expansion of international influence. It is bound to build China’s largest ice cream frozen food industry commerce and service platform.
